Subaru Certified vs. Dealer Certified Pre-Owned

• A Subaru Certified Pre-Owned model has fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer and is less than three model years old. A dealer certified Subaru model can have as many miles on it and be from any model year.
• A Certified Subaru model will state that it is certified by the OEM, and it will also feature an official logo. A dealer-certified model won't have that official logo, and it isn't certified by Subaru, which means it's not held to the highest possible standards as the Subaru Certified Pre-Owned models.
• Your Certified Pre-Owned Subaru model will also have special documentation, including the 152-point inspection checklist that proves it has passed the rigorous test put together by the OEM. A dealer certified model will not have this, as these vehicles aren't given guidelines as strict as Subaru's.
• Since a Subaru Certified Pre-Owned model is so new, it will also come with a factory 100,000-mile power train warranty to help cover you for longer. Dealer certified models do not have this option guaranteed.
