A midsize crossover with wagon roots, Outback delivers a smooth ride and rugged capability away from the asphalt. It comes standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive, X-MODE, and EyeSight® driver aids, and XT and Wilderness trims get a potent 2.4-liter turbocharged engine (260 hp, 277 lb-ft).Â
Wilderness models also add equipment to enhance Outback's already impressive off-road capability. Outback's base trim comes with dual seven-inch touchscreens for infotainment and cabin controls. All other tiers get a large 11.6-inch display, plus additional USB charge ports for rear-seat passengers.
It may be the smallest SUV in the lineup, but the Subaru Crosstrek delivers big practicality. It offers comfortable accommodations for five passengers, with 21 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row and up to 55.3 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. Like all Subaru SUVs, Crosstrek comes standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive.Â
And if you opt for the automatic transmission, you'll also get X-MODE advanced traction control and EyeSight® driver-assist technologies like Pre-Collision Braking and Adaptive Cruise Control.
